I struggled with self-acceptance and was unhappy with my appearance, swinging from cutting too many calories to health problems. I felt insecure, avoided mirrors. I tried different diets, but even if I managed to lose weight, I felt weak and lacked energy. I worked out at the gym for several years, but I was never able to build a nice physique. I first went to the gym 8 years ago without knowing what to do. Since I learned how to exercise and eat properly, I have noticed significant changes such as getting rid of psoriasis, reducing my pollen allergy, eliminating ovarian cysts, having more energy throughout the day, and experiencing better concentration, memory, and focus. My body is finally properly nourished, which has led to better training results. Now, I have a zest for life and a completely different outlook on it. I realized that strength training would not only improve my appearance but also make me feel better. I don't just understand your journey—I’ve been there myself.
